MyGiftSong (“we”, “us”) sells personalised songs produced to order. You can reach us at support@mygiftsong.alohafrica.com.
A single original song, produced from the brief you submit, delivered as an MP3 file and on a private web page. Add-ons such as rush delivery or an additional version are optional and priced separately at checkout.
Songs are written and produced using AI music generation tools working from your brief, and are reviewed before delivery. By ordering you acknowledge this. The song is generated for you and is not sold to anyone else.
You are responsible for what you submit. Do not submit content that is unlawful, that harasses or defames someone, or that infringes anyone’s rights. Do not ask us to reproduce, imitate or adapt an existing song, artist, or recording — we only produce original work, and we will decline briefs that ask otherwise. We may refuse or cancel any order that breaches this, and refund it.
Once payment clears, you may use your song for personal purposes: playing it, sharing it, posting it on social media, and playing it at private events such as a wedding or a birthday. We retain the right to produce other songs, including ones with similar themes, for other customers.
We aim to deliver within one hour of payment, or around ten minutes with rush delivery. These are targets, not guarantees; production or provider problems can cause delays. If we cannot deliver at all, we refund in full.
Revisions are free — tell us what missed and we produce the song again. Refunds are covered by our refund policy.
Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not receive or store your card details. Prices are shown at checkout and include any taxes we are required to charge.
We do our best to keep the service and your song page online, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to what you paid for that order. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
We may update these terms. The version in force when you place an order is the one that applies to it.
