The answers you type into the order form — including the story and personal details you choose to share — your e-mail address, and basic technical data (IP address, browser) recorded when you place an order. Payment card details go directly to Stripe; we never see them.
To produce and deliver your song, to send you the transactional e-mails about your order (confirmation, preview, delivery), and to answer support requests. If you give us your e-mail but do not complete checkout, we send you one preview e-mail about that unfinished order. We do not add you to a marketing list.
Your brief is sent to our AI music generation provider so the song can be produced. Payments are handled by Stripe. E-mail is sent through our mail provider. Our hosting provider stores the data. We do not sell your data to anyone.
Order records and songs are kept so your song page keeps working and so we can handle refunds and accounting. Ask us to delete your order and we will, subject to any records we must keep by law.
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to support@mygiftsong.alohafrica.com and we will respond within 30 days.
We use no advertising or tracking cookies. The order form saves your unfinished answers in your own browser’s local storage so a refresh does not lose them; clearing your browser data removes it.
The service is not intended for people under 16.
